Orders & Payment
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@herwick.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Shipping
What is the latest time I can place an order for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed the same business day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details and exceptions.
Which items cannot be returned?
Used items or items without their original packaging, labels, or tags cannot be returned.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g. size exchange or change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
